Kashmir Kaur is an Associate Professor of English for Academic Purposes at the University of Leeds, affiliated with the School of Languages, Cultures and Societies. With extensive experience in transnational education and English as a Medium of Instruction (EMI), she leads academic English programs for Earth & Environment and the Institute for Transport. Her educational background includes an MA in Race & Resistance, an MA in Linguistics & English Language Teaching, and a PGCE in Post-Compulsory Education from the University of Leeds, complemented by Senior Fellowship status in the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA).

Kaur's scholarship critically examines student identity, internationalisation, and decolonial pedagogies in EAP.
