Karla Mendez

Karla Mendez is an Assistant Professor at the UTHealth Houston School of Public Health in El Paso, Texas, where she contributes to the Department of Environmental & Occupational Health Sciences. She earned her BS in Biology from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP), an MPH with a focus on Epidemiology, and a PhD in Environmental Disease Prevention from UT-Houston School of Public Health.
