Karl Quarshie is a Lecturer (Top-Up Business) at the University of Sunderland in London Campus. He holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Leicester, MSc in Executive Leadership from The University of Ulster, and a PGCert HE. He also earned a PGCE in the Life Long Learning Sector from the University of Greenwich, a BEd from the University of Cape-Coast (Ghana), and has QTLS-Set Membership and TAQA Level Three certification. With 11 years of teaching experience in Ghana’s education system and extensive work in UK higher education, he specializes in Business Management, Project Management, and environmental sustainability in business practices.
