Victoria Ikulagba is a Lecturer in the Business and Management department at the University of Sunderland in London. She designs, assesses, and leads modules within the Integrated Foundation Year and supervises undergraduate business dissertations. With over two decades of experience in education across the UK and internationally, her research focuses on factors leading to entrepreneurial success for women in the UK and Nigeria, modeling successful entrepreneurship, and addressing challenges in becoming self-employed. She also explores social science research methodology and teaching/learning practices in higher education.
