Karl Aquino is the Richard Poon Professor of Organizations and Society at the UBC Sauder School of Business, within the Marketing and Behavioural Science Division. He holds a BSc from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and MSc and PhD from Northwestern University. His research focuses on forgiveness, moral cognition, organizational justice, and workplace victimization, with notable contributions to understanding vigilantism in organizations and victim signaling dynamics.
