Dr. Karey McCullough is Interim Associate Dean and Associate Professor in the School of Nursing within the Faculty of Education and Professional Studies at Nipissing University. She teaches courses in the BScN Collaborative program covering Pharmacology, Trauma/Emergency Nursing, Preceptorship, and Global Health.
Her nursing career began in emergency care with experience spanning medicine, surgery, critical care, and flight nursing. Her primary research focuses on International Preceptorship and Curriculum Development in nursing education.
McCullough has received multiple grants to conduct research on International Preceptorship models and their implementation in undergraduate nursing programs.
