Karen Wilson is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at Saint Francis College. She earned her Ph.D. in Social Psychology from Saint Louis University in 2008, following a B.A. and M.A. from Humboldt State University. Her research focuses on health psychology, close relationships, and pedagogical strategies in psychology education. Notably, she has explored perceptions of HIV/STD risk in dating relationships and attitudes toward infidelity. Dr. Wilson teaches courses in research methods, statistics, social psychology, history and systems of psychology, and general psychology.
She is affiliated with the Self-Awareness and Bonding Lab (SABL), where she likely contributes to interdisciplinary research projects.
