Sonia Kang is a Professor of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management at the University of Toronto Mississauga and serves as Director of the Institute for Gender and the Economy (GATE). She holds a cross-appointment to the Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management area at Rotman School of Management.
