Catherine Connelly is a Professor and Business Research Chair in Organizational Behaviour at the DeGroote School of Business, McMaster University. She serves as Director of the McMaster Centre for Research on Employment and Work (MCREW) and the McMaster Organizational Behaviour Laboratory (MOBL). Her academic career includes a Canada Research Chair (Tier II) from 2013 to 2024.
