Kaleigh Rusgrove is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Photography in the Department of Art and Art History at the University of Connecticut's School of Fine Arts. She holds a BFA from Endicott College (2014) and an MFA from UConn (2018). Her research explores themes of climate change, seed banking, and familial relationships through photographic practices.

Research interests focus on the intersection of environmental science and visual art, particularly documenting climate change impacts through photographic narratives. Her Fulbright Grant (2019) supported collaboration with Australia's Royal Botanic Garden, resulting in publications like Seeing Climate Change: Rethinking Visual Impact.
