Prof. Dr. Kai Bormann is a Professor at Bielefeld University's Faculty of Business Administration and Economics, affiliated with the Department of Human Resource and Family Business Management. He is also a member of the Bielefeld Graduate School in Theoretical Sciences and BIGSEM - Bielefeld Graduate School of Economics and Management. His research focuses on human resource management, family business dynamics, corporate sustainability, and leadership behaviors in uncertain environments. With expertise in organizational behavior, he explores topics like illegitimate tasks, meaningful work, and entrepreneurial decision-making variability.
