Prof. Jyoti Choudrie is a Professor of Information Systems at the University of Hertfordshire's Hertfordshire Business School, leading the Business and Digital Research Group (BDRG). She previously led the Systems Management Research Unit (SyMRU) and convened the Global Work, Economy and Digital Inclusion group. As Editor-in-Chief of the journal Information, Technology & People, she focuses on digital inclusion, broadband adoption, and AI applications in society and organizations.
Her research explores technology adoption among older adults, digital divides, and AI's strategic role in healthcare, retail, and Fintech. She has collaborated with organizations like AGE UK, Hertfordshire County Council, and Southend YMCA. Prof. Choudrie holds a PhD from Brunel University and actively supervises global doctoral students, particularly in AI-related fields.
