Dr. Milena Head is a Professor of Information Systems and the Wayne C. Fox Chair in Business Innovation at McMaster University's DeGroote School of Business. She serves as Director of the McMaster Digital Transformation Research Centre and is currently acting Director of the EMBA Program. Her research examines human-technology interaction with emphasis on digital inclusion for marginalized populations, particularly older adults.
Research interests focus on:

- Bridging digital divides through accessible design
