Justin Wisner serves as a Lecturer of Clarinet in the Conservatory of Performing Arts at Baldwin Wallace University. He is an active freelance clarinetist in Northeast Ohio and current member of the Cleveland Wind Trio, performing throughout the Greater Cleveland area.
His educational background includes:
- Master of Music (M.M.) from the Cleveland Institute of Music
- Bachelor of Music Education (B.M.E.) from Michigan State University
- Artist Diploma from the Glenn Gould School, Royal Conservatory of Music, Toronto
Wisner's professional focus centers on clarinet performance and music education. He has performed with prestigious ensembles including The Cleveland Orchestra, Youngstown Symphony, and ChamberFest Cleveland. His expertise spans orchestral, wind ensemble, and chamber music settings with emphasis on collaborative performance and pedagogical techniques.

As an educator, Wisner teaches clarinet students at Baldwin Wallace University and previously held teaching positions at Hayes Middle School in Michigan and various Toronto/Cleveland music institutions. His performance career features collaborations with conductors Franz Welser-Möst, JoAnn Falletta, and Robert Spano across major orchestral and chamber settings.
