Jurgen Goossens is a full professor of Constitutional Law at Utrecht University's Faculty of Law, Economics and Governance, specializing in constitutional resilience in digital transformations and legal protection against government action. He leads the interdisciplinary NWO-MVI CHAIN project on blockchain governance and serves at the Institute of Constitutional, Administrative Law and Legal Theory.
