Dr. Julie Sirois-Leclerc is the Head of the Department of Emergency Medicine at the Montreal Heart Institute since 2021 and serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Medicine, Université de Montréal. A triple graduate of UdeM (B.Mus. 1999, M.Mus. 2001, M.D. 2010), she bridges music and medicine through her unique career. Previously, she was a professional oboist with the Orchestre Métropolitain and Nouvel Ensemble Moderne, winning international competitions. Her medical focus emphasizes emergency care's dynamic challenges and interdisciplinary collaboration.
