- Chromatin dynamics in stem cell maintenance
- Targeting cancer stem cells for therapy
- Quantitative proteomics of stem cell regulators
- Mouse genetic models for hematopoietic research
Her recent publications examine:
- Functional redundancy of BCL7 family proteins in hematopoiesis
- ZIC2/3-mediated SWI/SNF recruitment in pluripotency
- BAF complex subunit interactions in lymphoid specification
Scientific distinctions include:
- Canada's Top 40 Under 40™ (2009)
- Canada Research Chair in Molecular Genetics of Stem Cell Hematopoiesis (2007-14)
- Human Frontier Science Program Fellowships
- Dean's Honor List, University of Montreal (2003)
