Dr Julie Feather is a Senior Research Fellow in the Evaluation & Policy Analysis Unit at Edge Hill University and Associate Editor for the Journal of Health Organization and Management. She holds academic roles at the University of Chester as Visiting Lecturer in Social Work and leads research initiatives through the Cheshire & Merseyside Social Work Teaching Partnership.
