Dr. Julie Bayle-Cordier is an Assistant Professor at IÉSEG School of Management specializing in strategy and sustainability. With a PhD in Strategic Management from HEC Paris, her research examines corporate social responsibility, mindfulness in organizations, and sustainability strategies. She has professional experience as Group Manager at L'Oréal's Consumer Products Division.
Her research investigates how mindfulness practices influence environmental attitudes and policy support, and explores board-level perceptions of corporate social responsibility. Recent publications analyze non-executive directors' approaches to CSR governance and the impact of mindfulness interventions on climate policy attitudes.
Dr. Bayle-Cordier received the Academy of Management Outstanding Reviewer Award in 2018 and 2019. She teaches strategic analysis and mindfulness management in IÉSEG's Grande Ecole program.
