Bryant Ashley Hudson is a Full Professor of Management at IÉSEG School of Management in Paris, France, specializing in organizational responses to marginalization. His research examines stigma, institutional processes, and social dynamics within marginalized contexts including LGBTQ+ organizations and abortion service providers. He contributes to the Department of Management and Society and the LEM research center.

Hudson investigates strategic responses to organization-level stigma and shame through institutional theory lenses.
