Felipe Guzman is a Professor at IÉSEG School of Management in France, holding a Ph.D. in Management from IESE Business School (Spain). His research focuses on Leadership, Cross-cultural research, and Interpersonal influence, with a track in Human Resource Management. He teaches courses such as Organizational Theory and Design, Positive Leadership Development, and Power and Influence in Organizations.
