Julian Randall is an Honorary Professor in the School of Social Sciences at Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University. His research focuses on organizational change, internal change agents, and boundary spanning, with notable contributions to understanding career transitions of former religious figures and healthcare adherence in Nepal. He has authored/co-authored over 25 publications and edited volumes, including Agency, Change and Learning: Accounts of Internal Change Agents (2023) and Management Consultancy (2019).
Key research areas include change agency dynamics, employee attitudes toward organizational restructuring, and the intersection of cultural factors with healthcare practices.
