Professor Julia Balogun is the Dean of the University of Liverpool Management School since 2015. She holds a PhD from Cranfield University and has held senior academic roles, including Professor of Strategic Management at the University of Bath and Lancaster University Management School. Her research focuses on strategic change, corporate renewal, and organizational transformation, emphasizing the role of senior and middle managers in driving these processes. She is a leading figure in the Strategy-as-Practice (SAP) research community and serves on editorial boards of top journals like Organization Science and Journal of Management Studies.
