Judith Dones

Judith Dones is an Associate Professor in the Academic Introduction & Strategies (AIS) program at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA), housed within the Alvarez College of Business. She serves as the AIS Business Studies Pathway Coordinator, focusing on experiential learning initiatives and collaboration with the Alvarez College of Business and Student Involvement Center. Her teaching emphasizes real-world business applications, leadership, and teamwork.

• M.B.A. in Marketing, Clark Atlanta University
• B.A. in Psychology, Spelman College

Research interests include business education pedagogy, strategic marketing, and fostering student success through community engagement. She actively supports UTSA festivals and experiential learning programs.
