Juana Du is a Professor in the Master of Arts in Intercultural and International Communication program at York University's Department of Communication & Culture. She specializes in intercultural communication, organizational diversity, and cultural adaptation, drawing on global experiences across Beijing, Hong Kong, Germany, the U.S., and Canada. Her research focuses on cultural perceptions' impact on human connections, expatriate adaptation, and innovation in multinational corporations.
