Joy York is an Associate Professor in the Department of Communication Studies at Whitworth University since 2014. Her research focuses on interpersonal communication, instructional communication, and organizational leadership dynamics. She holds a Ph.D. from Gonzaga University, an M.S. from Eastern Washington University, and a B.A. from Whitworth University.
