Joshua Zide is Professor and Chair of Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Delaware, specializing in semiconductor nanocomposites and epitaxial growth techniques. His research develops novel materials for energy conversion, thermoelectrics, and terahertz devices using molecular beam epitaxy. Recent publications focus on hybrid terahertz emitters and III-V/Bismuth alloys.
