Joshua Calkin is a Professor and Director of Bands at Wayne State College. He leads the Wildcat Marching Band, Wind Ensemble, and multiple ensembles while teaching applied low brass, world music, and conducting. His performance roles include Principal Tubist in the Sioux City Municipal Band and tubist in the Sioux City Symphony Brass Quintet. Active in professional organizations like the International Tuba-Euphonium Association, he is a sought-after clinician and adjudicator.
