Dr. Joseph Rikhof is an Adjunct Professor at the Faculty of Common Law, University of Ottawa, specializing in international criminal law and refugee law. He previously served as Senior Counsel at the Crimes against Humanity and War Crimes Section of Canada's Department of Justice until his retirement in 2017.
