Reverend Monsignor Joseph R. Chapel, S.T.D., is a Professor at Immaculate Conception Seminary School of Theology, Seton Hall University. He serves as the Associate Spiritual Director and Director of Permanent Diaconate Formation for the Archdiocese of Newark. His academic journey includes advanced theological degrees from prestigious institutions in Rome and a Master’s in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University.
