Joseph Lisa serves as a Lecturer in Law and adjunct faculty member with the University of Pennsylvania's Master of Environmental Studies Program. He concurrently holds the position of Regional Judicial and Presiding Officer for the United States Environmental Protection Agency's Region III office in Philadelphia, bringing over 24 years of federal environmental law experience to his academic role.
His educational credentials include a JD (cum laude) and LLM in Environmental Law (summa cum laude) from George Washington University School of Law, and a B.A. in Latin and Economics (Summa Cum Laude/Phi Beta Kappa) from Dickinson College.
