Joseph Landau is the 12th Dean and Paul Fuller Professor of Law at Fordham Law School. He joined the faculty in 2010 as associate professor, became professor in 2016, and served as associate dean for academic affairs from 2021 to 2024. His scholarship focuses on the intersection of constitutional law, civil procedure, and immigration law, with secondary interests in gender and sexuality and civil rights.
