- MFA Painting, Indiana University, Bloomington, IN (2009)
- BFA Painting, Memphis College of Art, Memphis, TN (2003)
Research Interests: Holsapple’s work investigates the interplay between nostalgia and contemporary visual culture. His paintings transform ordinary objects into poetic symbols of time, loss, and renewal. The interplay of light and shadow creates dreamlike spaces that invite viewers to discover rhythmic order amid apparent chaos.
Professional Background: Previously an Associate Professor at Nicholls State University (LA), he has taught at Indiana University, Herron School of Art, and Vincennes University. His work has been exhibited nationally and featured in Manifest Gallery’s International Painting Annual and Fresh Paint Magazine.
Labs/Teams: No formal labs mentioned, but active in Baylor’s art department exhibitions and teaching programs.
