Joseph A. Grundfest is the W. A. Franke Professor of Law and Business, Emeritus at Stanford University, affiliated with Stanford Law School and the Arthur and Toni Rembe Rock Center for Corporate Governance. He holds a JD from Stanford and advanced degrees in economics from Stanford and the London School of Economics. His expertise spans capital markets, corporate governance, and securities regulation.
