Jonathan Trevor is a Professor of Management Practice at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and serves as Associate Dean for Practice and Affiliates. He focuses on strategic alignment, organisational effectiveness, and leadership development. His research addresses how enterprises align purpose, strategy, and organisation to improve performance amid disruption. Trevor holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge and was a visiting scholar at MIT Sloan School of Management.
