Jonathan David Martin

Jonathan David Martin is a Lecturer at the University of Maryland's INFO College, specializing in immersive media design. He holds roles as a researcher, creative director, and performer, focusing on the intersection of technology and live performance. His work spans VR performance techniques, interactive dance robotics, and transdisciplinary projects.

Research interests include Digital Humanities, Human-Computer Interaction, and the Future of Work, with notable contributions to the DANCExDANCE project (Arts AMP grant recipient). As Co-Artistic Director of Smoke & Mirrors Collaborative, he has produced works showcased globally in festivals and institutions.
