Martin Kaiser

Martin Kaiser serves as the Howard Distinguished Visiting Fellow at the University of Maryland's Phillip Merrill College of Journalism, where he is instrumental in establishing the Howard Center for Investigative Journalism. His distinguished career spans leadership roles at major U.S. news organizations including the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel (1997-2015), Baltimore Sun, Chicago Sun-Times, and Florida newspapers in Sarasota and Clearwater.

His educational credentials include a bachelor's degree from The George Washington University and completion of the Northwestern University Kellogg Graduate School of Management Executive Program. These foundations underpin his expertise in journalistic leadership and organizational strategy.
