Jon Stadler is a Professor in the Department of Mathematics, Computer Science & Physics at Capital University. He earned his Ph.D. in algebraic combinatorics from The Ohio State University in 1997 and joined Capital University in 1999, serving as department chair for five years. Dr. Stadler is actively involved in the Mathematical Association of America (MAA) Ohio Section, currently acting as its president.

His research focuses on combinatorics, particularly the mathematics of juggling, lottery systems, and recreational mathematics. He also contributes to educational initiatives, including collaborative work with fifth-grade classrooms.
