Jolien Grandia

Dr. Jolien Grandia is Associate Professor of Public Management at the Department of Public Administration and Sociology, Erasmus School of Social and Behavioural Sciences, Erasmus University Rotterdam. Her work bridges public administration, organization studies, and procurement policy, with a strong focus on transformations in public procurement.

Her research interests include public procurement, sustainable procurement, governance in municipal organizations, crisis management, and the integration of value systems in public administration.
