Lizet Kuitert

Dr. Lizet Kuitert is an Assistant Professor at the Governance and Pluralism department within the Erasmus School of Social and Behavioural Sciences at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Her research focuses on public policy implementation, governance challenges in municipal organizations, and the integration of environmental and urban planning strategies. She specializes in analyzing hybrid value systems in public administration, procurement governance between control and trust, and multifunctional infrastructure development in urban living labs.

Her work explores wicked problems in public administration, including the interplay between public and private partnerships, operational responsibilities in green infrastructure projects, and the role of semistructured interviews in policy analysis. Key areas of interest include public value creation, project outcomes in construction industries, and local government dynamics.
