Fanny Chen

Fanny Chen is a PhD candidate at the RSM Erasmus University in the Netherlands, affiliated with the Department of Technology and Operations Management. Her research focuses on ethics, integrity, and sustainability in procurement, particularly within the public and humanitarian sectors.

Research Interests:

• Socially responsible purchasing
• Ethical procurement practices
• Sustainable humanitarian procurement
• Experimental studies on managerial influence

Her work has been recognized with Best Reviewer Awards from the Academy of Management (2024, 2025) and a Best Paper Finalist award (2025). She has also contributed to academic service through conference organization, journal ambassadorship, and teaching roles in supply chain ethics and sustainability.
