John W. Lee II serves as Director of Engagement and Assessment at the James Madison University Honors College. With a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Ph.D. candidate in Strategic Leadership Studies, he specializes in organizational development, assessment, and large-scale change management. His research focuses on public sector assessment mechanisms within defense and homeland security contexts.

Operates USA Vessels, a regulatory compliance consulting firm, and manages a residential leasing business. Active in community initiatives like the Watch D.O.G.S. program for elementary schools.
