Professor John Tobin is the Francine V McNiff Professor in Human Rights Law at the University of Melbourne's Melbourne Law School. He serves as Associate Dean (Diversity & Inclusion) and Director of Studies for the Human Rights Program in the Master of Laws. His expertise spans international human rights law, with a focus on children's rights and the right to health. He has received multiple teaching awards, including the Barbara Falk Award and national recognition for student learning innovation.
