Alastair Nicholson is an Honorary Professorial Fellow at the Melbourne Law School, University of Melbourne. He previously served as Chief Justice of the Family Court of Australia and Justice of the Federal Court of Australia, with a distinguished career spanning judiciary roles, legal practice, and advocacy for children's rights.
