John Smagula is an Associate Professor and Assistant Dean at Temple University's Beasley School of Law, specializing in international legal education. He directs LL.M. programs, study abroad initiatives, and student exchanges, while developing graduate legal education programs. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Spanish, he has lectured extensively in China and presented at international conferences.
