Elizabeth Lippy

Elizabeth Lippy is a Practice Professor of Law and Director of the Trial Advocacy Program at Temple University's Beasley School of Law. Previously, she served as Assistant and Associate Director of Trial Advocacy at American University’s Washington College of Law. She co-founded Fairlie and Lippy, P.C. (2009) and is Executive Director of Trial Advocacy Consulting and Training (TACT), offering nationwide litigation training. A 2003 graduate of Temple Law, she excelled in trial advocacy, serving as a coach and Visiting Lecturer for the LL.M. program until 2009.

Research Interests: Her expertise spans courtroom technology, remote advocacy, military judicial systems, prosecution/defense of complex sexual assault cases, and student-advocate coaching. She focuses on bridging practical litigation skills with modern legal challenges, particularly in high-stakes trial environments.

Advising & Professional Work:

• Counsels students in trial competitions and courtroom strategies.
• Leads TACT, providing litigation consulting to attorneys nationwide.

Labs/Teams: Oversees Temple's Trial Advocacy Program and collaborates with TACT to develop training modules for legal professionals.
