John P. Broome is a Clinical Associate Professor of Social Studies Education in the College of Education at Purdue University (West Lafayette, IN). Previously, he held tenured Associate Professor and Assistant Professor roles at the University of Mary Washington (Fredericksburg, VA) from 2011 to 2022. His work bridges formal and informal education, focusing on justice-oriented citizenship and culturally responsive pedagogy.
