Dr. John N. Jiang is a Professor and OG&E Endowed Chair at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Gallogly College of Engineering, University of Oklahoma. His research focuses on uncertainty and risk analysis in power systems, grid integration of renewable energy resources, and physics-inspired algorithms for energy dynamics. Dr. Jiang earned his PhD in power system engineering, computational finance, and energy economics from the University of Texas at Austin, with honors from both the College of Engineering and McCombs School of Business, and further holds a Master of Science in power system engineering from UT Austin, a Master of Renewable Energies from the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS President Prize), and a Bachelor of Science in electrical machine and power electronics from Tsinghua University (with honors).
