John McCoy is an Assistant Professor of Practice in Accounting & Business Law at Suffolk University, where he has taught since 2008. He maintains a private law practice in Hingham, MA, specializing in litigation, transactional law, and mediation. His legal expertise includes contract law, guardianship, and business organization. He is admitted to the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court (1998) and the US District Court (2010), representing clients in over 28 courts.
