John Lutterbie

John Lutterbie is a Professor at Stony Brook University with a joint appointment in Theatre Arts and an affiliate role in the Department of Art. His research focuses on the intersection of Cognitive Science, Performance Theory, and Theatre Studies, particularly examining phenomenology, neuroscience of emotion, and inter-subjectivity in cultural contexts. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Washington.
